2. Access data / server logs

When you visit this website, data transmitted by your browser is automatically collected: the date and time of access, the page requested, the browser type and the operating system. IP addresses are anonymised before being stored and cannot be attributed to any individual.

This data is technically necessary in order to deliver the website and to keep its operation secure and stable. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the technical operation and security of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No permanent storage of personal data takes place.

Hosting: The website is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

3. Bookings

Bookings are handled via the external platform direst.de (provider: direst GmbH, Am Zellerberg 14, D-83324 Ruhpolding, phone: +49 172 8904871). When you book there, your booking and contact data are processed in order to perform the contract. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The platform is a recipient of your data. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with direst.de.

4. Google Maps

To display the directions map we use Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company Google LLC, USA).

The map is only loaded after you have actively consented. In doing so, data – including your IP address – is transmitted to Google; a transfer to the USA is possible. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please use the contact details given above.

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
